Agrocado Payment Terms

Last Updated: November 26, 2025

These Payment Terms form a binding legal agreement between Agrocado LLC (“Agrocado,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the User (“you” or “your”) regarding your payment obligations for any Paid Services offered by Agrocado (collectively, “Fees”).

By purchasing or subscribing to any Paid Services, you agree to these Payment Terms.

1. General Payment Authorization & Service Packages

1.1. Payment Obligation

You agree to pay all Fees and charges associated with your account, including, but not limited to, subscription fees, taxes, and any fees incurred for the collection of outstanding amounts.

1.2. Payment Methods

You must maintain a valid, current, and accepted payment method (“Payment Method”) on file for the duration of your subscription. You authorize Agrocado and its third-party payment processor(s), including but not limited to PayPal, to charge all applicable Fees to your designated Payment Method. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to the processor, and you should review their respective privacy policies.

1.3. Currency and Packages

All Fees and charges are quoted and billed in United States Dollars (USD). Paid Services currently include the following promotional packages, billed monthly. Note: Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Featured: $9.99/month
  • Online Store: $19.99/month

2. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

2.1. Billing Cycle

The Fees for Paid Services are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic monthly basis (each period being a “Billing Cycle”).

2.2. Automatic Renewal Consent

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each monthly Billing Cycle. By initiating a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing Agrocado to charge your Payment Method automatically for the Fees applicable to the renewal term.

2.3. Renewal Notification

Agrocado reserves the right to send a notification prior to renewal, but failure to receive this reminder does not negate your automatic renewal obligation.

3. Cancellations and Strict No-Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings portal on the Agrocado platform or by contacting us at contact@agrocado.com.

3.2. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel, your subscription access will continue until the end of your current paid Billing Cycle, and you will not be charged for the next Billing Cycle.

3.3. STRICT NO-REFUNDS POLICY (NON-REFUNDABLE FEES)

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Agrocado maintains a strict non-refundable policy because all paid packages are digital products, and the services are immediately available upon purchase. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription period, unused services, or subscription downgrades. Furthermore, we do not issue refunds due to customer dissatisfaction with promotion outcomes, as results are not guaranteed.

  • Exceptions: Refunds will only be granted if and to the extent required by applicable law, or at the sole and absolute discretion of Agrocado LLC.

4. Failed Payments, Suspension, and Collection

4.1. Failed Payments

If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Agrocado reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Paid Services until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

4.2. Costs of Collection

You agree to indemnify Agrocado for all reasonable expenses incurred in collecting past due amounts, including collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs.

4.3. Suspension for Non-Payment

If any Fee is past due, Agrocado reserves the right, after giving reasonable notice, to suspend your access to the Paid Services until such amounts are paid in full.

5. Pricing Changes and Taxes

5.1. Right to Modify Fees

Agrocado reserves the right to modify its Fees or package features at any time. Any price increase will take effect upon the commencement of your next Billing Cycle following the effective date of the price change. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any such change.

5.2. Taxes

All prices listed for the Paid Services are exclusive of any sales, use, excise, value-added, or similar taxes, duties, or charges imposed by any governmental authority. You are solely responsible for payment of all such taxes.

6. Billing Errors and Disputed Charges

6.1. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must notify Agrocado in writing at contact@agrocado.com within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge, providing full details of the discrepancy. Failure to notify us within this period will constitute your agreement that the charge is valid and you waive any claim regarding that charge.

6.2. Mandatory Internal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any chargeback or similar transaction reversal, you agree to first engage in good faith in our internal dispute resolution process. This requires you to formally notify Agrocado of the dispute in writing at contact@agrocado.com, detailing the nature and amount of the disputed charge. We commit to reviewing and responding to your claim within forty-five (45) days of receipt. This internal process must be exhausted before seeking external remedies.

6.3. Chargeback Prohibition

You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or similar transaction reversal using your Payment Method provider unless you have first exhausted the Mandatory Internal Dispute Resolution process outlined in Section 6.2.

7. Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
